Sean Nixon

Sean has been interested in finding ways to protect the planet all his life and has spent his legal career practising both environmental law and Aboriginal law. Sean’s litigation work is focused on biodiversity and ecosystem issues. He enjoys working with clients to develop and carry out long-term plans to conserve species and their habitat through strengthened and enforced environmental laws. He works with lawyers and scientists across the organization to help develop legal strategies to protect and restore the environment.

Sean is an avid hiker who loves good music, good books, good beer (not necessarily in that order) and fiddling around in his native-plant garden.
