Chemical Valley faces Canada's Charter

Ecojustice is working to protect the human rights of people living in one of Canada’s most polluted communities — Sarnia’s Chemical Valley.

We’re defending two members of Aamjiwnaang First Nation and their constitutionally protected Charter rights - to life, liberty and security of the person, and the right to equality – as they take on the provincial government over pollution from local refinery and chemical facilities.
